Gaylan Nett Jr. has been involved in the family business since working on the job sites as early as 7 years of age painting the under sides of cabinets in fix up rental property. He has been schooled in different aspects of carpentry, has also studied in design and real estate marketing. He started his career in real estate sales at the age of 18. At the age of 21 he joined his father as a partner in building a successful new home building company, and later lead in the marketing of a fast growing full service remodeling company, Netco Remodeling. The business has evolved several other companies that include a restoration and carpet cleaning company, a marble manufacturing company, a real estate holding company, and several commercial and residential developments. Gaylan’s expertise can be most valuable in making decisions regarding purchase, and or the investments that need to be made in real estate to receive maximum returns. Gaylan approves all estimates and aids in the design of remodel projects at Netco Remodeling.
