I was very pleased with the manner the various phases of the project was accomplished by the various craftsmen. On February 17, our apartment complex had the misfortune of a fire that was started with firecrackers. Dealing with this type of remodeling was new to me and that's where Netco played a key role. In June a water supply line leading to the upstairs toilet broke. The result was that our basement flooded. We called Netco. They took over, dried the carpet, replaced the pad, put in a new ceiling, cleaned the furniture. The carpet and furniture were treated and everything was done in a expedient and courteous way.

The project manager and his crew are dependable and good to work with and I highly recommend them.

Dear Netco:

Thank you and your staff for the outstanding restoration and reconstruction work that was done on our home in September.

We required both the restoration and construction services from Netco due to flooding caused by an improperly installed water filter under the kitchen sink. From the time that the flooding occurred to the time that the final construction clean-up was done, my husband and I were extremely pleased with both the quality of the workmanship and the conscientious personnel who were in our home.

Disasters never occur at a convenient time; it was 8:30 p.m. when your crew arrived to handle the water which flooded our kitchen and nearly all of our finished basement, and 1 a.m. when the task was finished. The two who performed the work maintained positive, helpful attitudes which helped ease our anxieties over the extensive damage that had occurred to our home.

Throughout the construction period, the crew members consistently were concerned that their workmanship was of high quality and that our home was being left each day in as good a condition as could be expected given the substantial rebuilding of walls and ceilings that was required. Despite the fact that the construction company was still battling the aftermath of the summer's hail damage, the work on our home was completed expeditiously and on schedule.

In addition to experiencing a positive working relationship with your crews, the opportunity to work with you on the total project has been very enjoyable. You have certainly gone the extra mile to be sure that we were satisfied with each phase of the process and that the work was accomplished on schedule. Your attention to every detail, including personal conversations with the insurance adjuster involved with the claim, demonstrates the highest level of professionalism and customer service.

My husband and I will, and already have, referred Netco to friends, business associates and clients as restoration and construction companies that have met our highest expectations of quality workmanship and service. We would each be happy to attest to the quality of workmanship and personnel to any potential clients that you would refer to us.
